The double bottom reaction at the major order block is nothing but a buy lure to create liquidity to sweep in the near future.
I will be looking to tackle this liquidity with sells in and around the 0.60 region as illustrated.
Price is compressing here prior to a significant supply zone .
On the lower timeframes, we got a sell lure, meaning sellers are most likely trapped.
we may get another sell lure but I think price is ready to go up from here.
When price is delivered to a demand zone with compression, it suggests the zone will not hold.
I will be selling past this block either now or when we clear the 'x' point.
Updates to follow.
After price pierced the demand and liquidated buyers, the only liquidate that remains is from the sellers.
I believe that liquidity is near the equal highs marked.
We will either flow to those highs from here or we will get one last sell lure before traveling to the upside.
Price lured buyers in after breaking out of the trend line .
Once it has trapped retail as well as SMC buyers.
Price liquidated them both to fuel the aggressive move to the upside.
Now that buyers are out of the market the focus is to liquidate sellers.
I predict that this liquidity lies around $32k
Price should continue to flow to this area before any signs of reversal.
This range has been a cycle of buyer and seller liquidity sweeps.
More sweeps equal more fuel for the next leg out.
I can't be sure the leg will be to the downside but my intuition tells me it will be.
After the final liquidity sweep, I will be looking for sells in my sell zone.
Price tapped the lowest point in history and started to push away from the zone creating a double-bottom formation.
Double bottoms mean one thing, retail stops ESPECIALLY in an area of such high importance.
I would like to see a sweep of seller liquidity around the order block before we return to sweep the herd of buyers.
Again, no entries until I am certain.
It is highly likely I won't trade today.
After an aggressive sell-off, price has started to lure in buyers.
This can be seen on the daily time frame with the recent buy inducement candles.
Buyers being lured in means liquidity below the established low.
I believe will price will flow to this low with the help of the news today.
I am really not sure where the sell with take place so for now it's simply an observation.
If something aligns with me and my intuition later in the day, I will enter a sell position and update you.
More than anything, this bias comes from intuition.
Technicals alone do not support it.
I would like to see price flow back into 101 not that it has aggressively sold off lured sellers and swept a good portion of buyers.
We can watch it play out but I don't think it is the strongest setup.
After a huge bull run, we expect the price to mitigate both buyers and sellers to generate liquidity for the next move.
I personally believe we will see a final sweep of sellers around my sell zone of interest before selling off aggressively to the downside to take out the remaining buyers.
Once this move is complete, or something similar has occurred.
I will then look to buy in and continue with the bulls.
You can play between the zones if you like but ideally getting the long-term buy is better.
